This innovative project consists of three towers with 40, 36, and 32 floors, designed to harmoniously integrate various uses and functions. The first five floors of each tower house cultural facilities, entertainment centers, recreational areas, and a school, providing a dynamic and multifunctional environment for the community.

The towers are dedicated to residences, offices, shops, and recreational spaces. This mix of uses not only maximizes space efficiency but also fosters a vibrant and connected urban life, offering residents and visitors a comprehensive experience without the need to travel long distances.

A key feature of the project is its focus on integration with the urban green context, leveraging the proximity of an adjacent park. The planning and design of the project focus on creating a seamless connection between the towers and the natural environment, incorporating extensive green areas, landscaped terraces, and open spaces that invite the enjoyment of the landscape and promote environmental sustainability.

This project not only meets the functional and aesthetic needs of a modern metropolis but also promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle, where nature and urbanization coexist harmoniously. The combination of cultural facilities, residences, offices, and commercial and recreational areas, along with the integration of the green environment, makes this project a benchmark in contemporary high-rise architecture.

We encourage designers and architects to share their best projects with the rest of the world so as to inspire the next generation and gain global recognition.
