We recognize the importance of promoting sustainable design ideas and, as industry representatives, consider it our duty to implement its principles in our work and disseminate its main ideas in society. Through real examples of our completed projects, we strive to make society fall in love with this movement, break stereotypes, inspire, attract and help more and more people on our planet become followers of the concepts of sustainable and environmentally friendly design.
About the CREAM project. We minimized the use of finishing materials for walls and ceilings, thereby minimizing financial and material costs, starting with delivery, lifting, installation of these materials, and thus minimizing the need for dismantling in the future. We are implementing multifunctional solutions in the interior (high doorways that allow more natural light into distant rooms, visually improve architectural parameters by “adding” height to the space, adding aesthetics. At the same time, heating costs do not increase, since the actual ceiling height remains the same Also, such doors help to “unite” spaces, visually enlarging them, which has a beneficial effect on the emotional state of the inhabitants of a small, compact home. We also use mirrors for these purposes. And glass block partition between the shower room and the main area – its decorative and functional loads are difficult to overestimate! It allows natural light into the shower room. Depending on whether there is natural or artificial lighting, as well as on which room you are in (shower room or main area), you can observe many lighting scenarios for this glass installation. It is the center of aesthetic pleasure of this home, having a basic functional role: actually dividing the necessary zones and at the same time visually “blurs” this division. In the kitchen area, we deliberately move away from stereotypical solutions, strive for multifunctionality and try as much as possible to create a more relaxing “not working kitchen” atmosphere, while maintaining all the necessary functional set. We want this apartment, which is located in a metropolis, to become for its owner a place of relaxation and restoration of his physical and emotional strength. Natural eco-friendly materials (wooden floors, dining sets, natural textiles) also play a very important role in this.
The design solutions we have applied here allow residents the flexibility and ease to transform and change the character of the environment, thanks to the kitchen door mechanism and the long gallery shelf along the entire wall of the room.
In working on this project, we strived to balance economic, environmental and social factors, to improve the well-being of those who will live here. And numerous positive reviews about this project allow us to hope that we have achieved our goals
