“The biophilic design creates shared and unique experiences for today’s life in the name of users’ well-being and psychophysical health.” “Biophilia” project, is mini loft concept design project organized with a lower ‘living and dining’ floor and an upper ‘sleeping and relaxing’ floor, connected with a beautiful organic staircase. The peculiarity is the high window that brings in a lot of light in the space and overlooks an outstanding garden. With the aim of few and good elements, the main aesthetic of the small loft concept is simplicity and the natural. The space has an elegant layout, clean surfaces and pure volume. The whole project wants to bring inside the space the ingredients of biophilic design elements like plants and scents and indirect elements as materials and colors that recall natural habitats. Attention was placed on the detail, finishes and interaction of each material in order to elevate their appearance. This approach to design brings the gaze back to the centrality and well-being of the person. Neutral colors and especially an iconic green marble together with light wood characterize the scene, as does the selection of furniture by well-known designers, accessories and lighting devices. “Biophilia” goes straight to the point and brings only elements necessary for use, but without losing its elegance and grace.
