The Santian residence was designed taking advantage of the topography. The house is on a corner and on a slope. The challenge was to work on three fronts, as it is located at the beginning of the condominium and is a corner lot. In this way, we prioritize keeping the social space and the intimate space at the same level. We took advantage of the unevenness of the land, positioning a garage along with the party area on the lowest level of the land while the house is located at a higher level and on a single floor, separated by an uneven level from the living room. We highlight the entrance to the house with a wide ceiling height and also large openings that allow greater light to enter the spaces. The straight and modern lines made the facades cleaner and more elegant. From the first moment you enter the house, the breadth and integration of the social areas are evident.
