Interior Design: The client’s goal was to transform this residence into an authentic jewel of Italian design. In just six months, Studio D73 with the general contractor Palazzo Morelli, dedicated attention to every detail, embodying excellence in luxury living.
Design Philosophy: Meticulously crafted spaces converge on tranquility, elegance, and sophistication, with the overarching goal of creating an atmosphere that promotes pleasant sensations, freeing oneself from the constraints of haste and daily stress. This design aspires to encapsulate the essence of timeless aesthetics, ensuring an environment with boundless charm.
Conceptual Pillars: During the preparatory phase, the architecture studio focused on three main pillars: enhancing double-height spaces, creating links between external and internal elements, and fostering a relaxed and pleasant mood, turning the 900 sqm into a welcoming refuge for owners and guests.
Color Choices and Enhancements: The first choice was chromatic, with eco-friendly solutions such as hand-whitening floors, repainting existing doors, and using light colors to increase brightness. Significant improvements were made to the electrical system, ensuring pleasant and flexible lighting. The separation of living and dining areas optimized functionality, and adequate ventilation was ensured, addressing a previous deficiency.
Interior Design and Focal Elements: Reflecting elegance and sophistication, the interior design includes a double height in the living room and a chandelier evoking a starry sky. Large windows reflect daylight, revealing breathtaking views of beautiful Palma. White marble surfaces add brilliance, reflecting the glow from terraces. A leather bookshelf balances heights perfectly, while a blue velvet sofa and rugs recall the vivid colors of the sea, a crucial element of this location.
Different Areas: The creative use of the staircase connects levels, serving as a key point for transitioning between guest and master areas, ensuring surprising fluidity in the living experience. Sleeping areas offer extraordinary comfort, including an automated TV at the foot of the bed. Spaces for play and rest were also created for little guests, featuring soft fabrics and custom-made furniture.
