This avant—garde house is the first of a kind, designed and engineered for the sub-tropical environment. The mission of the Brand is to create a beautiful and healthy living space while reducing waste and the carbon footprint. This is a difficult task in the SE area of the USA with high humidity and hurricanes.
The stunning contemporary custom home was designed by a winner of Sustainable Florida’s Award for Best Practice in Green Building. All the homes are LEED Platinum certifiable with features like solar electric, energy efficient AC- two High SEER HVAC Units with ventilating/dehumidifier to condition hot humid air, air purifier that even kills viruses including COVID, and is free of any toxic VOC finishes or materials. The solar array is hidden from view on the concrete roof. The owners report no electric bills over the connection charge. It’s Hurricane strong, 250 MPH wind rated beyond the local codes of 170 MPH, built with concrete and steel and other recyclable and renewable materials. The house brings the outside in with 10’ impact sliding doors and 12’ ceilings.

The company began with modular building in a factory and achieved a LEED Platinum Award for the first solar, sustainable, modular house in Florida.
