950 m2 house.
The house is developed on the basement, ground floor and first floor, with the ground floor raised 1.50 m from the level of the entrance to the plot from the street.
Through the double-height hall illuminated by a curtain wall, you can see the wooden cantilever staircase that distributes the entire house and that at the end of it allows access to the large living area that has a double-height space, onto which the open office on the first-floor overlooks. The living room is completely glazed around the entire perimeter, with sliding doors that open to the views of the outdoor pool, it is connected to the kitchen through a large sliding door and both spaces give access to the outdoor porches directly connected to the pool. The pool overflows into a rest area that has an outdoor fire pit and connects to the rest of the garden.
All the spaces in the house open onto the outside, allowing access to the public space outside from the public spaces, and, on the other hand, the rest of the bedrooms open onto the outside through the covered terraces on the first floor, allowing the necessary privacy for these spaces. These private spaces are organized organically with differentiated volumes, generating a rhythm in the façade so that all the spaces enjoy the light, as well as the perimeter space.
The house has been equipped with a radiant and cooling floor system, as well as air conditioning, all controlled by home automation and powered by geothermal energy and photovoltaic solar panels, to be a self-sufficient home in terms of consumption.

The projects that are designed in the studio are customized for the final customer for whom they are intended. These are projects with a large glazed area and resounding volumes, which seek to achieve an exciting interior in each one of them, trying to improve the day-to-day life of the users through their architecture. These types of buildings are the hallmark of the Firm.
The projects develop both corporate and hotel architecture, as single-family homes and under development. These are custom-designed projects, adapted to the site on which they are located and seeking to be energy efficient, but mainly exciting and all this to meet the needs of each client, with whom we work in constant collaboration, pursuing their complete satisfaction.
